Engineering 360°: Learn How to 3D Print
Workshop/Training
Come learn the basics of setting up a 3D print. No previous experience is necessary - we'll teach you all you need to know to choose a project and walk a way with a printed piece! This workshop will cover the following: - Understand the role of slicing in the 3D printing process and how it converts your design into a printable format. - Discover how to select the optimal settings for your project to ensure the best results. - Gain practical knowledge on setting up and executing your prints. ASCE Job Interview Prep

In preparation for the upcoming CEE Career Fair and job interviews, we will be hosting a job interview preparation activity. We will have representatives from a local engineering firm (TBA) come to answer questions about job interviews, provide helpful insights, and generally prepare us for success in the professional engineering field. We will also take time to practice answering common interview questions with fellow students and the professionals. Whether you have a job lined up or not, come and contribute your experiences and improve your skills!

Join us for an engaging Q&A session with Cooper Karras and Jake Israelson as they share their unique journeys from earning engineering degrees to pursuing careers in patent law.
The event will kick off with a brief presentation where Cooper and Jake will provide an overview of their current roles, academic and career paths, and key insights they’ve gained along the way. Following the presentation, the floor will open for a Q&A session, offering you the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable advice about navigating a similar transition.
Both Cooper and Jake are Utah State University alumni who earned their Bachelor’s degrees in engineering before embarking on successful paths to law school.

Engineering State
Special Event | Inclusive Excellence
A fun-filled overnight experience for students entering their senior year of high school. Participants will explore an apocalyptic world by engineering and problem-solving ways to find shelter, clean food and water, infrastructure, and more. There are two identical sessions of Engineering State in 2025. The first session is June 12-13 and the second session is June 17-18. The camp is on the USU Logan campus and students stay in dorms.
