Change Of Major Request Form

This Change of Major request is for Preparatory Engineering students or students declared in other USU programs.

• Preparatory Engineering Students: Once you have completed the Bridge requirements, please submit this form to be considered for admission for your desired engineering major.
• Students declared in other USU programs seeking to pursue Engineering: Please review this website for your desired engineering major to see if you have completed the necessary requirements and submit this form to be considered for admission.

Students should work closely with their advisor to create realistic plans toward program admission, receive guidance, and stay informed about resources and opportunities available to them.

To avoid being dropped from Pre-Professional courses for which you have requeted overrides, all admission requirements must be met by the start of the new semester you are requesting a change of major/course override (contact your advisor for questions).
