The College of Engineering is proud to join forces with The Leonardo in Salt Lake City to inspire the next generation of engineers. Beginning summer 2023, the College of Engineering will be the new title sponsor and official education partner for FLIGHT: The Next Leg, the museum’s flagship exhibit. FLIGHT features full-size aircraft and dozens of hands-on educational exhibits designed to excite and inspire tomorrow’s creative problem solvers.

The museum is located in Salt Lake City at 209 East 500 South

The Engineer in Residence program brings USU Engineering experts to the museum. These in-person community engagement opportunities allow our faculty and student ambassadors to provide special workshops and educational programs for members of the Salt Lake City community with a focus on K-6 patrons.
