What is SED?

Science and Engineering day is a fun event where kids from 7-13 years old get to do hands-on science and engineering activities and challenges, interact with college students, and even industry professionals from Space Dynamics Laboratory and Northrop Grumman.

What about lunchtime?

We will provide free lunch for the attendees.

Where is drop-off/pick-up?

University Inn at USU Campus.
Please be on time because we will have chaperones to guide the kids from the drop-off/pick-up site to the buildings where the events will take place.

Can I register someone younger?

If you want to register someone younger than 7 years old, you must attend with them to the event.

Can I join my children for the event?

You are welcome to come and spend the day with us!

Is there a way to know where my child is throughout the day?

We will e-mail an itinerary and location of workshops/opening ceremony to the attendees' parents as the date of the event approaches.

Is there a cost for registration for the event?

The event is free of cost! We just want the kids to come, have fun, and spark their interest in STEM!
