Rocky Mountain Power Foundation Donates $13K to USU Engineering
Aug. 7, 2017 — The College of Engineering at Utah State University is honored to receive a generous $13,000 donation from the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation.
Rocky Mountain Power's Bryan E. Anderson presents a donation to USU's Val Potter. The funding will support engineering student scholarships and the annual Engineering State youth summer camp.
$10,000 of the funding will be used to support undergraduate student scholarships, and $3,000 will support the annual Engineering State youth summer camp at USU.
On July 21, Rocky Mountain Power's Bryan E. Anderson, manager of regional business management, presented the donation to Val Potter, executive director of development at USU's College of Engineering.
"We're so thankful to the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation for its ongoing and generous support of our student scholarships and our Engineering State summer camp program," said Potter. "These generous gifts help us prepare the next generation of talented, industry-ready engineers."
