Poster Session

Thank you for joining us at the College of Engineering Student Poster Competition. Here’s what you need to know:

• The event is Thursday, April 4 from 1:00pm–5:00pm in the ENGR atrium.
• Bring your printed poster to the atrium from 10:00am–12:00pm for setup. We will provide easels and foam board. Just show up with your poster.
• Do not delay in printing your poster. Plan to have your poster in hand 48 hours before the event.
• If you haven't already, print your poster in the ENGR 3rd floor computer lab. Prints are FREE at this location for all poster session participants.
• Posters must be 48x36 inches. Horizontal and vertical formats accepted.
• Plan to be present for the duration of the event since judging is ongoing.
• $200 gift card prizes awarded to winners in undergraduate, master's, and doctorate categories.
• Dress code is business casual. Free lunch provided at 12:30. Light refreshments provided throughout the day.
