For the final three sections of this application you are expected to turn a copy of your resume, unofficial transcript, and two letters of recommendation into a single pdf. Please name the pdf file using your last name followed by your first name with a period separating the names (for example, Jenny Jeppson would submit a file named jeppson.jenny.pdf). Details on these three items follow below.

  • Item #1: Your resume listing prior study and work experience and accomplishments.
  • Item #2: A copy of your recent unofficial transcript of all college course work.
  • Item #3: The letters must be from professionals (rather than personal friends or relatives) who can comment on your accomplishments, or on your potential as an undergraduate researcher. If your references prefer to email their letters directly to us, ask them to email the letters (by March 8, 2021) to Dr. Oenardi Lawanto at olawanto@usu.edu or Dr. Wade Goodridge at wade.goodridge@usu.edu
