Proposal Summary

Our goal is to present a safe, economical, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing solution for the required structure in Brigham City. We hope to design a desirable living space that can also provide a cultural outlet for the community. We are an experienced, highly qualified engineering firm, taking a great deal of pride in our work

  • Design consisting of a theatre with living space on the roof

Theater with detached condos

  • Design consisting of a theatre with living space attached on 2 sides

Amphitheater

  • Design consisting of open structure for outdoor entertainment

Do nothing

  • Do not develop pristine pastureland

Decision Matrix

The deciding criteria are ranked according to importance, from one to five. Each Alternative is then performance rated on a scale of one to ten, for each criteria. The product of each weight and performance rating are summed to provide an alternative score.

Selected Alternative

The best alternative for this project is the stand-alone theater. This space will meet our goals to present a safe, economical, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structure that will improve the recreation and arts in the area. This alternative was the highest scoring within our decision matrix and suited the proposed location the best.
