Celebration of Suffrage

Join members of the USU and Cache Valley community for a celebration of the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment.
The program includes the following: A Suffrage Celebration poem by Star Coulbrooke, inaugural Poet Laureate for the City of Logan; A brief history of women's voting rights--Gina Worthen; Latinx Voting Rights: Lizette Villegas; Native American Voting Rights: Alina Begay; Persons with Disabilities Voting Rights: Whitney Geersten; Looking Forward!: President Noelle Cockett. Prior to 6:30 pm, Wildflower will perform songs.

Following the event at 7:30, the Utah Theatre will screen 6 ten-minute films from the PBS collection UNLADYLIKE 2020.
